It contains all training elements for the upgrade of cabin attendants with adequate experience on types to the position of Purser.
Objectives
The Senior cabin crew member training is designed to provide future on-board leaders with effective tools required to operate in their daily operations. Course content focuses on leadership skills and work organization to ensure high-performance cabin management (coordination of the cabin safety and emergency procedures).
Prerequisites
Trainees must have a minimum of years of experience as a Cabin Flight Attendant (defined by the Airlines)
As per EASA requirement, one year is the minimum required to operate as Purser.
Trainees must hold a class 1 medical.
Terms and conditions
- Language: French / English (English for course materials). English language proficiency is required.
- Location: Morlaix or customer facilities
- Scheduled: On request according to availabilities.
- Accessibility: Accessible to disabled people subject to regulatory medical prerequisites.
