Flight Management System Trainer (FMS)

The FMS is equipped with a CDU Collins lightweight simulation unit and associated control and transfer panels.

It allows the CRJ’s FMS operation to be viewed during the initial training phase, to illustrate the theoretical course.

The system can also be used to train personnel in control panel operation prior to the practical simulator phase.
These systems are installed in Cockpit Trainers.
